The current Secretary of the interior is a woman and Native American. Those are impeccable qualifications, even though she had several DUIs and failed the bar exam numerous times before just giving up on the idea of being a licensed attorney and become a New Mexico Democrat operative and being handed a seat in Congress, then confirmed as Secretary of the Interior without being asked about anything of importance.
