обвинения Мадуро и его администрации были опубликованы еще Байденовским DOJ, 5 лет назад. и вот наконец вчера они были ему предъявлены лично.
т.е. если сравнить с хоккеем, то это гол Трампа с подачи Байдена. полное единогласие и преемственность администрации.
